一、產(chǎn)品概述

BCB型擺線內(nèi)嚙合齒輪油泵，采用圓弧-擺線作為它的齒輪齒形。該泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、效率高、壽命長，事宜運(yùn)輸不含固體顆粒、纖維的重油、燃油、機(jī)械油等有潤滑性以及性質(zhì)相似的其他液態(tài)物質(zhì)。

適用范圍：溫度-10℃-180℃??粘度：5-1500CST

性能范圍：流量10-166L/min?壓力≤1.6Mpa

三、泵的工作原理

該泵采用擺線——圓弧齒形，內(nèi)嚙合的形式。內(nèi)外齒輪嚙合時(shí)形成幾個(gè)相互獨(dú)立的油腔，每個(gè)油腔隨著齒輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)容積不斷變化。油腔容積增大時(shí)，它與吸油口相通，油腔中的油隨油腔的容積減少二從出油口排出，齒輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)輸油。

?泵主要由泵體、齒輪、軸承、軸、安全閥、前蓋后蓋、密封部件、聯(lián)軸器等部件組成。

設(shè)有安全閥的泵，當(dāng)排油管路的液壓值超過泵的規(guī)定時(shí)，安全閥開啟，保證泵及原動(dòng)機(jī)不致因壓力過高而受到損壞。

軸端密封有三種形式：填料密封、機(jī)械密封、橡膠圈密封。用戶可根據(jù)具體條件選用合適的密封結(jié)構(gòu)。

泵有良好的自吸性、泵內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件利用輸送的液體實(shí)現(xiàn)潤滑，致工作時(shí)無需加引液和潤滑劑。

四、安裝

1、泵安裝前應(yīng)檢查泵和電機(jī)在運(yùn)輸過程中是否受到損壞，如電機(jī)是否受潮，泵的進(jìn)出口防塵蓋是否損壞而是污物進(jìn)入泵腔內(nèi)等。

2、泵在搬運(yùn)過程中，應(yīng)選擇合適起吊位置，減少泵的變形。

3、泵的底座應(yīng)在牢固的基礎(chǔ)上，以免產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)影響泵的正常工作。

4、泵的進(jìn)出口管路應(yīng)清理干凈不得存有硬顆粒等雜物。

5、管路口徑一般不小于泵的進(jìn)出口口徑，進(jìn)油管路應(yīng)盡量短，并減少彎路。必要時(shí)在進(jìn)油口安裝金屬過濾網(wǎng)，過濾網(wǎng)的有效面積不應(yīng)小于管道過流面積的三倍。

6、安裝時(shí)，不憑用泵來承擔(dān)管路的重量。

7、用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器，泵應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，不得有過緊或輕重不均的現(xiàn)象，如有應(yīng)立即排除。

五、開機(jī)

1、開機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查泵軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活，有無卡阻現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)出口管道上的閥門是否開啟、泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。

2、長時(shí)間沒有使用的泵開機(jī)前應(yīng)向泵腔中注入一定量的潤滑液，以減少泵在吸油過程中的干摩擦，并可提高泵自吸性能。

3、開機(jī)后如有不正常的噪音或過熱現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停車檢查。

4、檢查泵軸端有無泄露現(xiàn)象，如：對(duì)填料密封應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)緊壓緊蓋，其他密封則應(yīng)拆機(jī)檢查。

5、若輸送熱油，在開車時(shí)應(yīng)均勻預(yù)熱，預(yù)熱是利用被輸送的介質(zhì)不斷通過泵體進(jìn)行的。

預(yù)熱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：吸入口油溫不得高于泵體溫度40℃，預(yù)熱的升溫速度控制在小于40℃/時(shí)，在預(yù)熱時(shí)應(yīng)將固定泵體的螺栓松開，預(yù)熱完畢，將其擰緊。

在預(yù)熱過程中，應(yīng)注意觀察泵的運(yùn)行情況，一旦發(fā)生不良現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停泵檢查。

6、泵停機(jī)時(shí)，首先切斷電源，然后關(guān)閉進(jìn)出口管道上的閥門，避免造船泵倒轉(zhuǎn)。

7、泵長期使用，壓力流量有明顯下降時(shí)，應(yīng)拆泵檢查，更換其已經(jīng)磨損的零件。
